About me

I am an exceptional, experienced and enthusiastic Graphic Designer applying for the Mid-weight Digital Graphic Designer position as advertised on Creativepool.co.uk.

Having worked in the industry for over ten years with companies such as Hallmark Cards, Warwick Students' Union and Blue Apple Design, I have learnt to utilise strong concepts throughout my work and produced artwork from print through to reproduction. At these places, I worked both responsibly and efficiently to make sure deadlines were met and worked well on my own initiative as well as part of a team delivering to many different professional clients.

Whilst at University, I completed a three-month exchange in Portugal where I learnt to communicate with people from many different backgrounds. For the past ten years since leaving University I have been involved with a local charity-based youth group. This involves working with a wide range of people, as part of a large team, organising both weekly and one-off events.

I feel that I can connect with people and can work effectively as part of a team. I have a flexible approach to the changing needs and demands of a busy job yet have the enthusiasm to learn. With my wealth of knowledge and experience, I feel I can quickly integrate and be an effective designer whilst continuously learning new skills to improve my personal development.

I am looking to relocate south with my husband as he currently works in central London.
