About me

As a professional I have worked mostly as a graphic designer but I am a multi-disciplinary designer since I have studied and practiced in quite some fields of design and alongside my work experience I have developed a quite rich skill-set. During the last four years, I have been working and building up experience in the fields of graphic design, UX, service design and Human Centered design. What I love most is to incorporate the knowledge of those different fields in order to create richer and more effective designs.

I believe I could make a great junior designer since I am already familiar with demanding creative work in the position of graphic designer. In my later job, thanks to my rich background, I have been leading and covering all graphic design work for online and offline projects, from the inception to final design delivery, mostly on my own.

I have always been in personal contact with the clients, constructing the design brief together, reviewing and discussing on the objectives. Many times I had to build and interpret the brief on my own. I managed the whole life-cycle of design projects, with extreme attention to detail regarding the design style, the method, the format and taking care for all products carrying eventually the brand/design, such as printing materials or other collateral design products. I have worked on quite some projects including design of brochures and print material, such as stationery, letterheads and other brand collateral, for private clients and large scale events.

The software I use for design is mainly the Adobe suite basics ( InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) but I don't like to restrain creativity therefore I also use other programs such as Inkscape for vectors, Sketch up and AutoCAD. I am also an excellent user of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. For presentations I also like to use Prezi for a more animated and exciting presentation. I should add I am an excellent illustrator. I like to use many artistic media with a focus on watercolours, pen markers and digital illustration. Alongside my graphic design competences, I have a passion for photography and handmade typography expression.

In my personal life I am an inherently happy person, always have a positive attitude and like to motivate and activate everyone around me. I work hard and with enthusiasm, without a fear for heavy or stressful work and I am flexible in my time schedule. I like to make To-DO lists and Next-Day-Schedules in order to organize my personal and working time.

I prefer working within a team and I have also managed small creative groups in times, when a more dynamic and fast-paced approach was needed. I like giving my best to achieve the highest quality possible in my work and exceed my creativity and personal limits, since it offers a great pleasure at the end of each project.
