Always achieved the goals I wanted to achieve, didn't matter the environment I was working in or the people I was working with. Maybe it's a bit egoistic from me, but I think mainly about myself, how to reach success in what I am doing, working hard and playing hard, even if I am still a fair team player.
I am a super fan of simplicity, even if sometimes I do like to experiment and break the schemes of the routine to make something different.
