A creative, enthusiastic Graphic Designer / Marketing Officer with over 20 years experience providing innovative, imaginative promotional and marketing solutions for print and websites. Exceeding project targets with outstanding designs within tight deadlines and budgets for a variety of customers and clients. I have a great deal of experience in the design and print trade, and am ideally looking for a part-time job for 2-3 days a week. My varied skills and experiences would benefit any company as I would be able to complete any task quickly, efficiently and accurately.

Graphics , Meeting with clients from all levels of Management to extract a design brief and provide a, & Design wealth of knowledge covering all areas of design and print to give the best option from creating corporate identities to completing clean artwork for lithographic or digital presses., Pre-press, Manage a small printing department, training staff and completing all tasks from promotions, artwork, design, pdf manipulaiton, web-2-print set up and creation, imposition, plate-making, digital printing, variable data print setup and completion., Promotions , Researched the market, then developed and implemented marketing plans from the data, & Marketing collected. I created all marketing materials to inform customers of new products and promotions, this included copy-writing articles, attending exhibitions, distributing flyers, creating sample packs, e-newsletters and running competitions. New leads were followed up by visiting Headteachers / Managers to explain the various products and provide them with the best options resulting in selling a wider product range. The amount of products sold to schools was increased by 537% and the online digital print service sales were increased by 273% in two years. Working with SEO companies to increase traffic to websites and develop and regularly update social network marketing and HTML Emails., Websites, Designed and created websites using the corporate template. Solely responsible for updating and maintaining the websites to be used for information and also to promote new services and retrieve customer feedback. Provide Hampshire schools a website service to design and complete their website using corporate templates and training the staff at the schools so they could maintain their own sites. Over 50 schools have had their websites completed and received training from me. Prepare all images and input data and maintain e-commerce website. In addition I have created several html websites from my home office for local businesses and regularly update, maintain and create new school websites for Hampshire Schools., Training Staff, Developed and delivered specific and bespoke training courses for a variety of clients, including seminars, “Train to Learn” drop in sessions, promotional displays and exhibitions, including website training for schools., Organisational and Management, Excellent organisational and management skills enable me to complete my design and, & Management marketing workload, plan events, exhibitions and training sessions to meet external and internal timescales for multiple, diverse clients with specific deadlines and requirements. Managing, briefing and delegating projects to members of the internal graphics team and out-workers. Soley run a small print room, taking it over from a crisis and turning it in to a successful operational department, training and managing staff.
