I put the pieces together - I help teams understand how their actions have a ripple effect on others. In doing so, theyunderstand complications on each side and remove lines while defining roles more effectively.

I have always been good at identifying a problem and fixing it - making things easier for everyone - and creating the appropriate documentation along the way. I can come up with short-term solutions when necessary but really excel at fixing a problem for the long-term.
