A lion, a Sherpa, a boss who isn't bossy, and a prime number — apparently.

In short, Alice Chou, who has been described as all of the above.

Alice is as persistent as a lion on the prowl when exploring new angles and territories in her work, and acts like a Sherpa to new hires, guiding their ascension to the international stage without airs or arrogance.

Her uncompromising pursuit of creative excellence is often likened to a prime number that cannot be divided. It is hardly surprising that Alice was honored as a Leading Woman by Ad Age, named to ADWEEK's Creative 100, ranked No. 1 Creative in Taiwan by Campaign Brief, twice recognized as Taiwan's Outstanding Creative Person, and named Creative Leader of the Year at the Campaign Asia Agency of the Year Awards in 2024.

Not only did she lead her team to win Taiwan's first-ever Cannes Lions Grand Prix, she has also secured numerous Grand Prix honors at ADFEST, MAD STARS, and other major creative awards across Asia-Pacific.

She has served on the Cannes Lions jury multiple times, including as a Film Jury member at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in 2026. She was also the first Taiwanese to chair the Entertainment jury at D&AD and Spikes Asia.

Through her leadership, Alice has elevated Taiwan's creative visibility and brought the country's distinctive voice to the global stage.
