About me

I have a strong interest in human- machine relationship, with a specific focus on smart devices and PIAs. Working at an innovative and creative version of Alexa, I have gained experience with Feminist Internet. I offer a strong understanding of the principles of interface design and data visualisation, letting them fit to multiple topics, such as the use of visual grammar and AI chatbots or the visualisation of emotions. Unconventional, interpretive and provocative, I offer extensive user research skills, the use of various tools and a continuous commitment to learn new techniques. With my master I have chosen to focus on user research aiming to the production of accessible and inclusive computing- based solutions to meet the functional requirements offering satisfying user experiences. After a first approach more speculative and humanistic, I felt the need to deepen a scientific approach to drive analysis, to use effective literature reviews, to have technologically based validations to my projects. My main goal is to combine solution with design aesthetic sensibilities and digital practices to generate a successful merge in the industry and business field. I am passionate of the anthropological aspects and behaviours of the human beings: how it is possible to ideate great tech (or non) solutions observing behavioural pattern of the users. In the last years of my studies I practiced user Attitudinal and user Behavioral research analysing both qualitative and quantitative data in different specific context of use and different typologies of users keeping in mind inclusiveness ad usability. I adopt heuristic research strategies in order to execute and the asses the methodology of my research. I offer great skills in identify and extricate user pain points, goals and needs. An example of my practice is shown in my master dissertation in which I analysed communication needs applying user experience research methods to vocal prosthesis (text- to-speech technologies) for a major inclusiveness of people with speech impairments, keeping in mind user needs and pain points that could often be caused by other disabilities such as autism or SLA.
