About me

I am an integrated marketing-communications professional with extensive expertise gained over the last 17 years, working with a wide array of clients, and forming and leading different teams.

During this time I had the opportunity to gain experience in all fields of expertise required by a different positions: brand and communication strategy, project management, ATL/BTL/TTL campaigns, AV & photo production, promo & loyalty programs, shopper marketing, creative strategy, consumer behavioral research, financial, operational, and digital.

I've coordinated the agencies from more than 15 countries, participated in more than 100 market researches, managed and consulted more than 40 clients (with more than 70 brands), lead 28 pitches, filmed 52 TV commercials, won several creative prizes (including one Bronze Lion - Enel Plant the bill), directly managed more than 40 great professionals and having countless challenging but great days doing this amazing job. I have a wide experience in managing different kind of productions (TVC, photo, Radio) created in Romania or abroad and post-produced by studios from Paris or LA.

I love advertising as it is the industry with the most open-minded, creative and team players people, and I love to see great projects coming to life after hard work and...fun.
