About me
I have recently graduated from a Textile Design degree, gaining a 2:1, from Chelsea College of Art and Design. I specialized in stitched textiles, which included three dimensional, embroidered and printed textiles, and. I started the course as a mature student, and therefore have experience of working in the fashion industry prior to studying.
I recently sold some of my printed textile samples to Donna Karan New York and Kenneth Cole for their subsequent fashion collections, and I have also sold work at Indigo trade fair in Paris. My employment prior to starting my degree includes, working as a visual merchandise assistant for Warehouse and Fenwick and working as a styling assistant for photo shoots for advertising and photo libraries such as Getty Images. I have also worked for a fashion and colour prediction agency whilst studying from my degree
