I am an award-winning, hands-on Creative Lead with over a decade of experience.
As Creative Lead, I gatekeep all creative content leaving the business. Leading creative projects from brief to final sign off. I like to work closely with other departments ensuring success of campaigns and tailoring future campaigns based on the data.
Managing a team of designers, I oversee budgets, projects and pitching ideas to both internal and external stakeholders. Whilst ensuring projects align with client objectives and exceed expectations.
When it comes to design, I love to keep myself well-versed in the latest trends, even going beyond the surface to explore the psychological and environmental influences that shape these trends.
Having worked in four distinct industries, I have acquired extensive knowledge of how different sectors can operate and how to tailor the creative communication that best suits their specific needs.
