Alexander Schill is convicted in creativity for good. Across his career he has found multiple ways to create, curate and collaborate for ideas that can make a real difference for humans. May it be in business or beyond.

As Global Chief Creative Officer of Europe's largest independent agency network he is at the centre of Serviceplan Group`s innovative influence since 2006. He continuously supported the network`s worldwide growth with today more than 24 offices in 17 countries.

Alex is president of the ADC Europe and member of the global WARC council. To date he was jury president in numerous creative festivals around the world such as Cannes Lions, CLIO, NYF, D&AD, Eurobest and he is a regular key note speaker at the international award circuit, which made him become a strong voice for a limitless creativity and a measurable impact it can deliver to humankind.

Alex has studied at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK) and has won more than 90 Cannes Lions to date including 3 Grand Prix. In 2021 he was named third most awarded CCO worldwide by the DRUM world creative rankings.

This year he lead Serviceplan to be announced Independent Network of the Year at the Cannes Lions Festival 2022. As well as Craft Agency of the Year 2022.

Besides the recognitions at the Cannes Lions Festival, Serviceplan was also announced Independent Agency of the Year at the Cresta Awards, Eurobest, the London International Festivals and the New York Festivals in 2021, as well as at the ANDYS and Dubai Lynx in beginning of 2022.

In 2021 Serviceplan ended up on rank No.1 in numerous national rankings in Germany like the digital ranking (BVDW), the health ranking (COMPRIX), the design ranking (PAGE) and the media ranking (Deutscher Mediapreis) - as well as in the creative ranking of the German Art Directors Club (ADC) in 2022.

2021/22 has been by far the best year for Serviceplan ever, according its recognition in the global award circus since its foundation in 1970.
