As my enclosed résumé indicates, my background includes 15 years of management experience. From the beginning of my carreer /18 /, I have been learning and working simultaneously.

In fact because of my character- highly organized personality, agile communicator, able to build constructive and effective relationships with a wide range of individuals -I have always been appointed to decision-making positions.

People expect - in production and post-production environments - solutions from me, and I always deliver. I have strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to prioritise and deliver on multiple concurrent cross functional projects. I'm able to vision the future state, test hypotheses, and synthesize facts and insights into concrete, actionable strategies and tactical plans . I examine the situation, make a pragmatic plan and execute. Very quickly. Not in years. In weeks.

I love challenges, able to troubleshot , innovate workflows and efficiencies. The organization of a new structure, preparing a presentation is always a test of strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and experience.To achieve my aims I must be an inspirational leader, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a strong 'can do' attitude.
