I am an active fit person, educated to H.N.D level with a passion for great design, well travelled, approachable, with a relaxed nature and character. I am well respected by colleagues and clients alike, not afraid to put long hours in and always strives to produce the highest quality results.

Career profile:

Worked my way up to Director level at a leading midlands Advertising Agency, before going onto to run own company, moving to the “manufacturing side” as Design manager for Auto Service Tools Ltd a leading global Automotive Parts company setting up the Design studio, taking control of external suppliers,

I achieving an immediate 40% reduction in print costs, at the same time developing, updating and promoting the AST Brand, launching new products to the market.

20+ years experience, confident and self assured, able to represent and pitch to all levels in a multi discipline environment, experienced dealing with Blue chip and start up companies including:

Cadbury's, Brinton's, Coloroll, Yale plc, GET plc, Steinhoff plc (Harvey's furniture) spending time in China, Europe and around the UK, setting up and building new business links with Manufacturers, Suppliers and Agencies.

Creative abilities: Able to produce and manage the complete design process from start to finish,

superb range of abilities, able to handle complicated projectsinteracting between manufacturing and design departments, I can read and understand CAD technical drawings as well as being Apple Mac and Pc literate with expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Studios, In Design, Photoshop, Quark Xpress, Office - Mac, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Digital, Repro, Print management, Colour matching and Retouching.

Team player, works closely with Directors, Heads of Department, Design managers, Marketing departments and external suppliers, also able to mentor and handle junior staff.
