I am a designer who loves to develop!

I pride myself on taking a blank canvas and turning it into an eyecatching design that is not only visually appealing, but delivers exactly what the client wants. I don't stop here: once the design has been approved, I like nothing more than diving head first into the HTML, CSS and jQuery to bring my design to life in a fully functional HTML or CMS driven website.

Taking the same amount of care over the build phase as I do the design phase means that clients always receive a pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible website on schedule.

I like to keep up-to-date with design trends and enjoy learning new techniques which I introduce into my everyday work to push myself further.

Skills

- I am able to produce visually appealing designs for print and web projects using Adobe’s web and design software including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash and Dreamweaver. These are attractive and designed to follow the clients brief., - I have strong coding skills and regularly use HTML, CSS and jQuery to build optimised websites for clients., - I have a wealth of experience developing and maintaining websites for a variety of CMS systems including: Sitefinity, Umbraco and DotNetNuke, and aim to make these as friendly to use as possible., - I am extremely IT literate and have good experience and knowledge in the Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Publisher and Sharepoint. Additionally, I possess quick and accurate typing skills., - I am a good art worker and can edit photos and graphics using Adobe Photoshop to ensure that they are optimised for print or web use.
