About me

I am a graduate student of Interior Design level 2:1 degree from Liverpool John Moores University.

I have acquired a great knowledge in Archicad throughout my 3 years at university as well as my placement with MEBP&P Architects. Using both version 9 and the updated version 11 to create 3D models of furniture, lighting and buildings both for domestic and commercial purposes.

Beyond my Knowledge of Archicad I have also acquired skills in computer programmes such as Autodesk Revit and Autocad through my time on placement at MEBP&P Architects. My time at university has allowed me to develop computer skills in Adobe creative suite Inc Photoshop and In Design as well as the usual software like word and PowerPoint.

In addition to my computer skills I have a good skill basis of model making, Technical drawing, and a good knowledge of materials and technical specs for heating, ventilation, lighting etc and building regulations in order to complete a technical report for a building.

The latest design project i have completed was for a Boutique Hotel close to Liverpool City Centre. It took the idea of Liverpool being named Capital Of Culture 2008 and tried to continue this into the future. My Hotel would become a centre for film in the UK both in displaying and making film. The name of the hotel is PREVIEW (a Picture Revolution for the Exhibition of Visionary Innovative and Evocative Work). The Hotel had a visionary modern design and included a cinema, bar, restaurant, and gym.
