About me

My name is Alex and I'm a User Interface / Experience designer with 7+ years experience. Currently working as a Senior Designer at Barclays & previously been User Interface Design Manager at Debenhams, I'm passionate about crafting effective multi-channel user experiences that are useable, elegant & consistent for a user to enjoy across all platforms.

With experience managing a team of designers, project timelines & priorities as well as stakeholders, as well as years of hands on experience, I can move from managing a project at a wholistic level to being hands on with design work when needs must.

I'm also experienced in creating detailed Design Systems from the ground up, for use by both designers and developers when working within a brand to achieve a high standard throughout.
