About me

Hello there,

I'm Alessandro, a multidisciplinary Creative Lead and UX Professional with nearly 20 years of experience working in fast-paced environments across Italy, Switzerland, and, for the past decade, the UK.
I currently hold the position of Head of Design and Brand at the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), an investor initiative in partnership with the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) & the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and the world's leading proponent of responsible investment.

It is my belief that leaders should have hands-on experience with product development as this allows for better management of workloads, production, costs, and expectations. That is why, in addition to a deep knowledge in graphic (both print and digital) and web design, I have been developing video production skills (from shooting to editing, from storyboarding to motion graphics). Since March 2021, I am also a certified UX Designer.

I consider myself a well-rounded professional, able to confidently navigate various design fields and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet customers and clients' needs.
I'm a huge basketball fan and enjoy spending as much of my free time as possible outdoors. Building things, especially with wood, is another passion of mine. I also enjoy talking about movies, particularly the behind-the-scenes aspect.
