Dear Sir/Madam,

I like, very much, the description you have for this position. Though I have been a Graphic Designer for most of my career, both working in the UK and Australia, I have high proficiency in every part of the design and publishing industry. My first job in Australia after emigrating was as a Production Manager for a "blue-chip" Graphic Design agency in Sydney City. I then worked freelance for most of my 23 years in Australia, and in various full-time positions such as Studio Manager for the Department of Transport, a Senior Designer for another Government body, ComSuper, and alongside a few Design Agency's own designers.

I am a graphic designer but I excel also in managing the project entirely from concept through to final print and delivery (I have never missed a deadline or been out of budget for a client)and have organised many journals (average 96 page bi-monthly and quarterly) containing as you know, a variety of graphic reproduction quality needs.

The position description really intrigues me, I have just returned now from Australia and am currently looking around for a good position that I can enjoy as well as get into.

I have had to leave a lot of samples of my work in Australia so I scanned a lot of work to my computer yet to cut and place. But I have attached my website to give you a rough I idea of what I have done. Though reading your description leads me to believe you require more of an organiser who has seen and done it all, and can use their skills, speed, accuracy and management to make it all work. This was my job as a freelance Graphic Designer and Print production oganiser for all of my clients, and employers.
