Founded in 2019 by New College Durham graduate and graphic designer, Jacob Ham, who was on the brink of giving up searching for his dream job. With butterflies in his stomach, he decided to take control of his own career and made the daring decision to build his own creative agency. AlderHam was born from the idea of going against the norm.
