About me
I lead brand and marketing projects from brief to final delivery.
I am a Creative Project Manager, Brand & Marketing Project Lead, and Creative Services Manager with 13 years of experience across luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, education, and multi-brand environments. I help founders, marketing teams, and agencies organise rebrands, campaigns, creative systems, and partner-facing materials so the work stays clear, on brand, and ready to launch.
My strength is not just in ideas. It is in turning direction into delivery. I build structure around complex projects through clear briefs, review and approval workflows, asset organisation, partner coordination, and quality control across digital, print, web, and content.
Recent work includes leading the brand foundations phase for Lairs Camps, where I turned stakeholder input into one studio-ready brief, guided review cycles through sign-off, and delivered a practical handover system with naming, messaging, usage rules, and rollout-ready templates. For Love Boo, I reset a cluttered asset library and built a 4-week relaunch plan with weekly themes, CTA logic, testing guidance, and a repeatable content system across social, email, and website touchpoints. For Seissense, I turned a messy bank of UGC ideas into a clear creator-ready system using Hook, Visual Direction, and CTA, making briefing, filming, and review more consistent.
Earlier roles across Nomad Tanzania, Planet Lodges, Rivertrees Country Inn, and Good Earth Tours strengthened my experience in brand rollout, campaign planning, content direction, partner coordination, website and listing updates, and workflow improvement. My work has contributed to stronger engagement, clearer brand consistency, fewer delays, and more organised delivery across teams and suppliers.
I work best where a brand needs structure, momentum, and a high standard of execution. I am not an admin-heavy assistant or a jack-of-all-trades generalist. I add value by bringing clarity, coordination, and strong delivery discipline to projects that can easily become delayed, inconsistent, or scattered.
Open to remote roles, global teams, and focused project-based work.
