About me

I am very interested in putting my CV forward for consideration for any relevant account management, digital media or print roles.

I started my career as a Lithographic printer. When I left school I worked for a sheet metal printers, this is where I served my time as an apprentice. I then went on to work for a label printers and also for a carton manufacturer, producing work for all of the big supermarkets.

In 2005 I studied at Northumbria University where I gained a BA Hons in Multimedia Design. I worked on a variety of projects mainly focussing on web design. This involved everything from, obtaining a brief, research, product design, build the product e.g. website and final presentation. I found that I worked well on the technical side of things as well as managing the various groups I was placed into.

For the past 6 years I have been working as a Sales Consultant in the Telecommunications Retail industry. My role involves selling mobile phone packages in a face to face environment to customers from all backgrounds. I would meet and greet customers as they enter the store, and sit the customer down after this initial greeting. I build a rapport whilst finding out what the customer requires in terms of handset, tariff and any additional products. I love this role as I am very comfortable talking to people and I find it easy to build relationships in a short space of time.

I am looking to pursue a role which will enable me to utilise my sales, digital media and print knowledge. I look forward to hearing from you regarding any suitable vacancies.
