Hi, i am currently working as Creative Director , Kalamandir Group , Bangalore, India
Leadership position in Creative Department, mentoring team and agency to deliver creative related to marketing goal across 8 brand namly Kalamandir, Mandir, Varamahalakshmi Silks, KLM fashion mall, R for Rupamani , SWAS, B&B, lujobox , and Special projects.
Roles and Responsibilities and Achievements
● Overseeing of Campaign creatives for group brands for print, motion and digital media
● Found vfx department in for LED's across the stores
● Founded instore Radio department
● Maintained in-house creative department for more than a decade
● Mentored Students from various art and management college
● Lead saree retail research on behalf brand conducted by IIM Bangalore
● Lead multiple CSR creatives for the group
● Traveled from art director to creative head and in parallel practicing marketing campaigns with dual position
