About me

Educated to "A" Level standard, I am an articulate and confident individual with a desire to learn. I have the ability to work effectively under pressure, either in a team environment or alone. My strong communication skills allow me to deal confidently and effectively at all levels. A quick learner who will excel in an environment. I am ambitious and constantly push myself to achieve my full potential. My creativity is an asset and I am now looking to embark on a career in the media industry, as I believe this is the industry where my skill set would be put to good use and I could achieve my full potential

Sector Experience

I am currently employed part time at the co-operative supermarket. I have worked there since I turned sixteen and have acquired many skills. I have developed strong customer service skills, and have learned how to work as part of a team. I am a positive, glass half full type of person, and always smile even if I’m having a bad day.I was also recently involved with a small online radio station where I presented every weekend. As my final exams became closer I decided to leave, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. In October 2011 I was fortunate enough to be chosen from 80 original applicants to do work experience at Soho Squares Studios. In September 2012 I also got the chance to work as a Production Assistant for Turtle Caynon Media LTD at Pinewoods Studios filming a piolet show for Cbeebies. This confirmed my chosen career choice of working in the media. My goal is now to secure a role in media and gain real experience of the industry.
