About me
I first started working in broadcast promotions, on-air productions, dubbing and voice-over process 10 years ago when Network4 Group (earlier StoryTV Group) began their new broadcasting cycle building new productions, content and brand for the channel. During my employement my duties and roles inside the company expanded continously. At the beginning I supervised financial evolution cycle of every projects, reporting about income-cost. At early stage we had an idea to reform the financial and production system to be transparant for everyone involved in prodcution process. My manager and I designed a system to be able to provide all the information to the whole production team, actors and management. This system would have served to give and receive neccessary information in a quicker way and not being distorted by anyone, by logging in and finding the much needed data - different platforms for each team and artists too. This project couldn't be materialized for lack of investment. A simpler platform was created instead using Microsoft World and FTP system. We succeded to create a new invoicing system which more and more on-air service company uses. Later I became responsible for all projects meeting the deadlines and quality requirements, providing informations for the management about production and financial evolution. I liasied with artists about their fee, payments, contracting and requierements of their projects. At the end of 2014 the management decided to discontinue the services.
Shortly I decided to continue on-air services with the same crew I had worked with previously as production manager/coordinator and CEO taking all decision-making responsibility. We succeeded to gain an exclusive contract with Hungarian National TV (MTVA) with 7 channels. I managed and supervised all the production, financial cycle and evolution; scheduling and timetable for projects as well as booking voice-over artists. I had the opportunity to implement a new budget system which allowed us to stay below our financial limits which resulted profit each year, in worst scenario a break-even in our first year, as well as motivation for the production team to recieve higher salary. I liasied with TV channel editors of quality requierments, activity of each projects, invoicing and payment. Supervising and rewieving of final production are made by creative director, post-production team and me before handing over to our client. In the last 5 years my company earned % statisfaction rate in yearly evaluation by MTVA which earned us new contracts by television marketing companies and in 2020 newly reborn Network4 Group (StoryTV Group). Due my life changes I reorganised the companies working process, entrusted more responsibilities to each team members. Customer service with clients and artists as well as financial supervision remained on my account, monthly online meeting and reporting about production, possible changes or investments.
