Currently working as freelance Production Manager at a creative services company. Responsibilities included daily throughput of work, maintaining quality standards, staff organisation and cost control.
Responsible for the quality of the work that is produced, particularly in the area of colour and I work on all of the creative retouching and colour correction projects and have developed extensive knowledge of digital image manipulation,offering B2C, B2B and through-the-line solutions
I work on a very wide variety of projects taking creative briefs from clients and following these through to print management. On a daily basis I am familiar with managing projects with clients, production staff and printers.
