Dear Sir/madam,

I came across your vacancy and would like to be considered for the role.

I have gained a lot of experience throughout my career which enables me to work well with customer/clients and colleagues/peers with the main aim of achieving strategic objectives and goals, whether this is business or personal.

I draw this experience from the varying roles I have undertaken and the achievements made whilst doing so. I have a strong customer service, sales and creative background which enable me to complete any given task and maintaining a good solid relationship with those around me.

My main passion is being creative ranging from incorporating into marketing campaigns to personal projects in my spare time.

I have taught myself how to be competent on Photoshop CS5 and PowerPoint, mainly as my previous roles have not allowed me the time to progress this further in a college environment. Something which I am eager to pursue in my spare time.

I have always enjoyed roles in which I am actively involved in design and ideas. However, I posses strong people skills also and feel this could also be used to any companies advantage.

I am focused, committed and resilient in achieving KPI's and motivation of a team in order to maximise potential and revenue. This can be seen from both my roles as sales managers and sales and service executive, where I was called upon to motivate and manage a team, boost morale, monitor individual targets, create marketing ideas and improve performance.

I understand the basis of being a good listener and following protocol, but I am also pro active at offering suggestions or improvements to benefit individuals or company. This has also seen a few ideas implemented in my previous roles to either save time, money, motivate staff or maximise revenue.

Although I apply 110% percent to any given task or role, the most self assuring roles have been ones where I have either managed a team or used my creative skills. With a natural gift for both, I hope to find a role where both can be applied to yield the maximum results both professionally and personally.
