About me

Dear Sir or Madam

I am currently seeking a new position as a Senior Designer. I have
21 years of experience in the field of Graphic Design and have an
excellent knowledge of both Apple Mac and Windows operating systems
using all the standard graphic design packages including Adobe
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and QuarkXpress. I am also highly
experienced in web and multimedia design using the relevant packages
such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Director. I studied fashion
design at London College of Fashion and worked for a small clothing
company called Zwölf Design where we created custom made
clothing.

Although I thoroughly enjoy my current employment at DMS Design, I
am looking for a post that will offer me more responsibility and the
opportunity to develop my career further. As my C.V. outlines in
more detail, I am involved in all aspects of design and marketing
strategies for blue chip organisations such as Baxi, Potterton, BAE,
and English Partnerships. This includes: corporate identities,
brand development, printed literature, direct mail, catalogues,
presentations, exhibition stands, internet sites, interactive and
informative CD Rom.

Apart from being very experienced in the field of graphic design, I
also have the skills and aptitude to put my knowledge to good use. I
have excellent design skills and combine my creativity with the various
tools and applications available in order to fulfil the needs of the
client.

My extensive knowledge of the graphics industry, coupled with my
enthusiasm, diligent attitude and ability to work independently and as
part of a team, make me a strong candidate for the post.
