About me

I am an inherently creative person currently working as Design Manager as part of a marketing and e-commerce team for Allianz Partners. We deliver projects for our Allianz brand and our clients which includes BMW, Lloyds Bank, Mercedes-Benz and Virgin Holidays.

I lead a talented bunch of designers, developers and copy writers who are highly skilled in crafting experiences and beautiful designs across UX/UI, digital design, marketing comms and brand creative. With 6 years of management experience and 12 years of industry experience, I have confidence in my ability to build talented teams that can deliver on multiple projects within deadlines and on budget.

I love how design can solve problems as well as create empathy and excitement.Understanding the customer is key to delivering this. I push myself and my team to be the best they can be. Being open and honest and trying to have fun with our work helps to build a solid team platform for delivering the highest quality work.
