About me

Coming from a traditional Fine Arts background in Greece, my BA was in Creative Visualisation (Teesside University), a course covering various media such as video production, traditional/hand drawn and 3D computer animation, film special effects / post production, digital illustration and web design.

I also hold an MA in Production Design for Film and TV from Kingston University and skilled in various aspects of production design such as concept art, storyboarding, production visuals illustration, technical drawing / drafting, model making and props designing / making.

In terms of relevant experience, I have worked in an animation / film visual effects company (effectory Filmeffekte GmbH, Babeslberg Studios, Berlin, Germany).

In addition to that, I have also designed / directed a few award-winning short films and music promos, including work for the upcoming Pet Shop Boys' world tour and an experimental music promo for the Swedish band Dark Tranquillity. This was included in their worldwide CD and DVD releases and it was also aired in various music channels around the world, including Mtv.

Finally, after choosing to specialise in the area of set design, I had the chance to work in Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban, Tim Burton's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory as well as in some smaller productions and commercials.
