About me

I am currently looking for employment in the world of media and journalism, especially fashion and design, and I am writing to ask if there are currently (or soon to be) any vacancies for a junior, not necessarily in this particular field but virtually anything that will allow me to get a foot in the door.

Although I do not have a degree, I consistently achieved high grades throughout my two years at college where I completed a National Diploma in Media Studies, overall achieving a DMM (Distinction, Merit, Merit).
I could have gone to University after I left college, but I personally believe that there is too much pressure put on young people to do so and it is better to learn in a real employment environment dealing with real people and situations. I also want to start working as soon as possible to earn my way in life and not be a burden on the taxpayers of this country.

I have also attached a copy of my C.V. and I hope that you will consider me for any full time employment, work experience or internships that are available. I am prepared to work extremely hard from the bottom of the ladder to pursue a career in this industry and achieve my goals. All I ask is that someone gives me the opportunity to start so I can prove myself.
