Stories are everywhere: this makes me endlessly passionate about developing creative ideas underpinned by an integrated brand marketing strategy to tell them across a data-driven landscape.

I deliver creative leadership across strategic brand platform development, digital experiences, narratives and campaigns that engage and convert audiences, as well as motivating the teams that produce them, collaborating across matrix organizations in partnership with Digital, Media, Communications, Development and Product teams. Leading with enterprise agility, I have a strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities combined with a solid track record in driving digital transformation, establishing efficient processes and managing P&L. I am a passionate advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion.

I'm experienced in delivering integrated global B2C and B2B marketing strategies, from digital marketing to events and communications (inc. USA, EMEA, APAC) to grow brand awareness, generate leads, contribute to revenue generation, drive product consideration and cultivate thought leadership.

My extensive network includes tech innovators, broadcasters, directors, e-commerce and CMS specialists, producers, agencies, influencers and production companies. I've participated as a panelist and speaker for Girls' Talk London and The Guardian, and as a guest lecturer at Roehampton University, to encourage broader Black representation in media and technology. And my 18-year editorial grounding as a journalist on international media brands from Cosmopolitan and Vogue to The Daily Mail has given me great insight into engaging target audiences with confidence, empathy and emotion.
