I solve problems through design. I love to enhance customers satisfaction with a product by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction with the product.
I design with purpose, I design for the user, and I design with research on my side.
As a Designer of Branding, I have learned how to communicate concisely and efficiently. I work well in teams and with different kinds of people. I have fun when I work, and it rubs off on others too.
I love to write.
For me, design starts with an idea, pen and paper. I AM NOT KIDDING! I may spend lots of time in front of a PC screen, but engaging users always come back to understanding how people work and knowing what they value. There's a whole lot of science and psychology behind why users behave the way they do.
"Process over Results" is my motto. I am process-oriented. Real process is messy and frustrating at times, but it helps me empathize and advocate for my users while communicating the value of any design.
Choosing to be process-oriented over being result-oriented helped me embrace a growth mindset, patience, gratitude and even deal with imposter syndrome.
I'm learning the habit of listening more intently, I'm teachable .
