I am Abdul Malek. Highly Qualified Garment Technician with solid working experience of more than 07 years in 03 different organizations from entry-level & grown up with proper documents. Enjoy solving various types of problems in creative ways and getting exposure to multiple working areas. Have a keen eye for detail, advanced design skills, and extensive experience with each stage of production that meet client expectations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Make all patterns in CAD for making samples as per Buyer Requirements (Tech Pack).
2. Make 100% accurate Marker/Consumption to create a profitable Costing.
3. Ensure that all garments managed by the Sample Section or Production Team are of the correct Fit, Style, and Quality.
4. Grade Patterns for Production/Bulk and correct them after Size Set.
5. Take measurements and make comments on the Fit and Workmanship of Proto, Size Set, and Pre-Production samples and report to the Buying Office.
6. Adjust the measurement charts and patterns if needed.
7. Coordinate with the Sample man and Worker involved in drawing and cutting patterns and constructing samples or finished garments.
8. Managed production process of Men`s and Women`s clothing.
9. Developed creative ways to solve any problem.
