About me

Aaisha is a branding and marketing professional, with over a decade of experience in the field. Before launching her own studio, crave., she served on the marketing teams at major record labels Island Records, Mercury/Def Jam Records, and Levels Entertainment. Within these roles, she worked on various #1 singles and albums across a diverse and successful roster.

Aaisha's brand studio crave., founded in 2013, creates and builds brands for culture. Over seven years, crave's clients have included global brands and start ups alike. The company is one of few female-owned, independent studios with major global clients such as BBC, Google and Nike, and is run by a team that is notably younger than many of crave.'s peers. Aaisha oversees the day-to-day running of the business.

In 2019, Aaisha became one of four Founders of Equiano Rum. Together with her co-founders and a kindred goal to create something unique and firmly place giving back at the center of their work, Equiano's founders have brought the world's first African & Caribbean rum to the market, giving a % of profits to freedom and equality organisations annually. Aaisha was Equiano's first substantial investor and serves as Brand & Marketing Director for Equiano across its growing global territories.

Aaisha is a confident and inspiring speaker. Through each of her endeavours, Aaisha is passionate about and committed to doing better and demanding more of each of the industries she inhabits.

Speaking, writing & mentoring events have included: Google, Cannes Lions, various brands for International Women's Day, Virgin Media Pioneers, Soho House, This Way Up (podcast), Liverpool International Music Festival, University of Hertfordshire (guest lecturer), RumFest.
