Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find attached my CV in response to the advertised job on Creativepool website: Studio Assistant. I would strongly like to be considered for this role.

I am a multi-disciplinary Product Designer who has a keen interest, passion and experience within the design industry and I am looking for the next step in my career path. After reading the job specification I would be eager to apply myself to the advertised role of Studio Assistant.

I have a 2:1 Product Design (Sandwich) degree and have over 3 years experience within the design industry, where I have applied myself to a wide range of design areas including, lighting, furniture, home-wares, luxury Italian Carrara marble bathroom consoles and luxury bathroom fixtures & fittings, display stands and fine jewellery, most recently fashion jewellery, fashion accessories, small leather/fabric goods, gift products and watches.

My last role was Product Designer and I worked within a very small design team therefore I was responsible for project managing myself from start to finish. I am eager to learn and therefore willing to learn any new software that may be required and enable me to expand my skill-set.

Personally, I have a strong work ethic to bring to the role and am not afraid of hard work. When working I have meticulous attention to detail but am efficient, both in a team and individually and can prioritise my time accordingly to meet deadlines as I am used to working in a fast paced industry. I have an honest and reliable approach to work and am not afraid to ask for help if it is required. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills and take pride in my personal presentation.
