To meet the challenge for SAP Sapphire 2025, the company’s biggest annual event, we asked ourselves: How do you make enterprise transformation feel real? How do you transform complex business software tangible, and memorable experiences?

The Idea
Have 30,000 international visitors experience the transformation themselves! Using SAP's fictional technology company "S.Tech" as our vehicle, we created a five-zone experience journey that made enterprise transformation tangible and personal.

The Approach
So we designed a 900m² immersive installation that translated the storyline "Next Era of Enterprise Management" into a coherent spatial experience. Our universal hook: the microchip. From raw material to finished product, through five zones.

The Language
SAP Sapphire 2024 was not a trade fair stand. It was an argument every visitor carried with them: a personalized keycard produced on-site, which unlocked individual digital content throughout the visit. Five zones told a story: production facilities, offices, smart home. Live demonstrations with real customer machinery. LED walls, 3D animations, augmented reality. Orlando, then Barcelona.

The Narrative
In our fictional S.Tech firm, every visitor played a role in the narrative. CIO. CFO. COO. CHRO. Each business function had its own zone, its own atmosphere, its own arc. Robotic arms distributed NFC smart-tags. An injection molding machine ran live on the floor. Brand experience to go. Solutions to embrace.
