I see that you are looking for a Project Manager and I think fit the profile you have given and am therefore convinced I would be the ideal candidate for this position. Without being to forward, I can call myself an expert on content and image production.

As a producer / Team Leader of photo shoots, I was responsible for the budget as a freelancer in the six figures. The tasks you mentioned, be it the control of a team, adherence to quality standards and targets, the individual employee development and control of projects based on KPI's are therefore very familiar to me.

I have over 10 years experience in the media production business and I have the necessary know-how in the areas of organisation, technical knowledge, creative design and art buying.

The way I work is customer-oriented, responsibly, conscious and well structured. Even in difficult situations, I always keep the overview. I have a friendly and obliging manner and with "hands-on" mentality which is my working style. My leadership style uses participatory elements and regular communication.

Ultimately, I see myself as a role model /leader for the team and therefore live this role with passion.

With good organisation qualities and leadership, I do not panic under pressure, even if unforeseen events occur, (get the job do at all costs).

I grew up in Cape Town (South Africa) and have lived in Germany for 20 years. My native language is English, my German is fluent in spoken and written. In Afrikaans and Italian I have extended basic knowledge.
