About me

Rodolfo Sampaio was born in Rio de Janeiro and has a degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He began his career in Rio,

and is the most award-winning copywriter in the history of the Abril RJ and O Globo awards, which are given by two of the most important communications groups in Brazil.

He is a five-time winner of the Grand Prix at the Brazilian Advertising Association Festival and a three-time winner of the Grand Prix at the Búzios Festival, by the Rio de Janeiro Creative Club Yearbook. In 2001, he was Creative Director of the Year and in 2003 he was Advertising Professional of the Year in Rio.

Rodolfo has lived in São Paulo for ten years. During this time, he has been Creative VP at Publicis and, later, Creative VP at DM9DDB. In 2007, he was named São Paulo's Advertising Professional of the Year.

Rodolfo has 19 Cannes Lions and, under his direction, DM9DDB was named Agency of the Year in 2009.

He is currently a partner and CCO at Moma Propaganda.
