As the Senior Creative Video Production Manager at West Ham United Football Club I am responsible for developing creative concepts for the in-house content team and commercial partners. Managing the production team to maintain the highest possible video standards to deliver content to inform, entertain, and expand our fanbase. Working with video team to develop creative briefs that align with business objectives, audience data, and campaign goals. Forward planning of current and future projects to ensure resourcing is effective and the team is being utilised to their full potential.
