I believe that a customer, whether receiving a service or product, has the final word regarding their satisfaction. I strive for 100% positive feedback from customers, and when that is jeopardized, I will work diligently toward resolving issues to their satisfaction.

I have not only had the pleasure of working with some exciting clients and events while employed with outstanding companies, but also as a self-employed designer, gathering my own clients and managing all projects.
