I am working from home or on assignments ( Contracts). Over this period of time , i earned rich experience , specially in Leadership & IT Technical hiring. I gained experience hiring people for the positions like Operations Head, Delivery heads, Technical Architects, Contact Centre Head, Senior developers, Ecommerce Marketers, Designers, Online Marketing leads, Sales & BD professionals.

I worked for IT Domain majorly and shared services too.
