About me

Jamie Watson is the Creative Director/partner at Thought Boxes. His previous work experience includes creative agencies in Ireland, UK and USA. He believes that ideas should not be boxed in or scheduled and therefore created the Thought Boxes concept. The new agency model stipulates that, great ideas don't need an office, just a home. He has therefore spent the past two years connecting multi-award winning creatives and strategic thinkers from every corner of the planet. Enabling clients to avail of world-class services 'the best thinkers in the world, not just whoever happens to be in the room'.

His belief in ideas and their power to change the dynamic can be seen in work such as 'Shells' Which focused on helping victims break free from Domestic abuse. View project here. This project was nominated for 2 Creative pool awards. Other such projects include tackling mental health.
He is a member of ICAD and participates in portfolio reviews for graduates to help them get into the creative industry.
On a personal level he is a board member at EBM in East Belfast. With over 100 staff and approximately 200 volunteers, EBM works across a range of causes including one of the largest homelessness projects in the UK.
