About me

I joined The Gate in 2017 to lead it through a transformation and back into growth with Kit, Lucas and Simon.

'Nobody Is Normal' our work for Childline was named by Creativepool as one of the Top 10 campaigns of 2020, and, by Campaign as one of the Top 15 Film Ads of 2020.

In 2019 were were named FSF Agency of the Year at their Marketing Effectiveness Awards having won Small Agency of the Year 2018 at The Oystercatcher Awards.

Prior to joining The Gate, I was CEO of MullenLowe London, leading it:

- to Effie Agency of the Year in 2016 & 2017

- through the transition from DLKW Lowe to MullenLowe

- from the 1980s to the 2010s by moving it from South Kensington to Shoreditch

I have consistently overseen the development of campaigns awarded for their exceptional effectiveness, including IPA Effectiveness and Effie Golds and Marketing Society Excellence Awards. This includes the campaign for Stroke Awareness dubbed by the BBC 'the most effective public health advertising ever'.

I am on the IPA Council, a Bloom Exchange participant and mentor for the Government Communications Service. In my spare time I have completed an MBA.
