Product Design Graduate from Bournemouth University.

I'm very much into design, fashion and the latest products and gadgets.

I'm hard working and always keen to learn new skills and expand my knowledge of design and business.

Skills

I have skills in Auto-Cad, Solidworks and Photoshop. I also have experiance in Quark, Word, Excel and Power point (And all Mac based versions), I also have some more traditional skills in design; freehand sketching, perspective drawings and hand rendering., I have skills in team management, training staff and project management. I have had experience in networking and socialising within the design industry. , Some more of my skills include purchasing, sales, client development and problem solving.

Sector Experience

I have one years experience in product design as a placement student at Era Screens whilst at university. Working in product development as well as the day to day design jobs within the company. I also did some project management, managing install teams after seeing projects through to the end., During this time I worked with manufacturers to get my designs made, such as small fabrications and products on a much larger scale. Working with suppliers as well to gather materials and get a full understanding of where the product is coming from, and where it is going., After university I came back to Era Screens in a purchasing position, dealing with designers and suppliers to ensure the materials that are being used are bought at the lowest cost. , I also then got the oppertunity to get into client development, developing relationships with clients to gain new business and get sales for the company.
