The Inside Out Awards recognise and honour the very best in-house design talent from across the UK. Highly regarded within the design industry the Awards identify and acknowledge stand out work, in-house talent and rising stars within a business.

To date the awards have worked with 34 industry judges, received over 400 entries, awarded 56 exceptional projects and welcomed over 900 attendees to celebrate at the Awards finale. Now in its 8th year, Emma Sexton, CEO of MYWW is back with 16 distinct categories covering brand development, digital, creativity, originality, teamwork and collaboration. Ensuring there is something for every In-house team including freelance talent and agency collaboration.

This year sees the introduction of two brand new categories, In-house creative team of the year and the acclaimed Judges Award. The In-house creative team of the year award recognises high performing and effective teamwork within an in-house team. The Judges Award will be given to the project or team who have impressed the judging panel with exceptional work, creativity and impact.

Nomination are open for the second year running, designed to recognise and celebrate individual achievement, innovation, commitment, experience and strong leadership. The Outstanding Achievements and Contribution, Leaders and Champions and Rising Star Award are open for nominations and free to enter.

The Inside Out Awards have established themselves as a key feature in the calendar of many in-house design team across the country. Enabling those who enter to showcase exceptional work, share best practice, acknowledge talent, boost team moral, celebrate success and network with thought leaders, influencers and peers from within the design community. The UK Inside Out Award Winners will be announced at the Awards Final on the 3rd November at the Curzon Cinema in London, with an expected audience of over 150 design professionals, Heads and Leaders of In-house design teams, Influencers, Experts and Design Authorities.
