About me

An experienced administrative leader on the national political scene, Hayley Dierker most recently served as the chief of staff and chief operating officer (COO) of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC). Responsible for a staff of 141 and a two-year budget of $212 million, Hayley Dierker collaborated with the committee chair and executive director to optimize organizational effectiveness and plan for the future. This entailed running the daily operations of all departments, while overseeing the development and introduction of policy.

Hayley Dierker accepted this position following a successful tenure as the COO and a senior advisor to the committee chair; in that capacity, she managed complex administrative logistics, including travel, staffing, and spending. Ms. Dierker also stood in as the committee chair at nationwide events, including those involving the president and vice president of the United States. She had previously served as the chief of staff of the chairman's office, in which position she also coordinated planning for major events.

Hayley Dierker joined the DCCC after working more than nine years for members of Congress at a high level. She stood out as the former deputy chief of staff for Congressman Scott Murphy and, earlier, as the director of operations and scheduler for the Office of Congressman Donald Cazayoux, Jr, of Louisiana.

Ms. Dierker holds a dual bachelor's degree in political science and public relations as well as a master of science in justice, law, and society.
