About me

My name is Gemma Daniels and I'm currently living in Bristol, UK. Myself and my husband will be moving to Japan in January 2018. I will be applying for a Spouse Visa with the intention of living in Kashiwa, Chiba as my partner will be working and training in Noda on a Working Visa.

I have been to Japan previously to visit Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima and instantly fell in love with the country so I would be very happy to live in Japan for a year or more to experience the culture and language.

I have been studying Japanese for a while now, but I currently have no qualifications in the language. I hope to learn as much as possible before moving to Japan.

In Bristol, UK I currently work as an Estate Agent for properties based all over Bristol, I have been working in the same job role for over 3 years. My job also includes taking/ editing professional photographs of properties and advertising them online and in our local paper. Previously I was working at Bristol Airport as a Team Leader for a technology shop for 2 years where I completed various technology training with Canon, Nikon, audio and computing. I have studied a Photography Foundation Degree, Alevels (Photography, Psychology, English Literature and English Language) and Art & Design BTEC which included Photography, Fashion Design where I made corsets and costumes, and also illustration.

I'm currently looking into completing a TEFL course and also a proofreading course through Chapterhouse publishing.
