Thanks for taking the time to check out my profile. As you can gather, my name is Gareth and I work in communications specialising in writing and editing copy for the charity and non-profit sectors.
Overall my work includes website, online tools, e-newsletter and social media as well as reports, offer documents, blogs, and content for events and conferences for charities and health and social care organisations. As well as promoting the work of the organisations and the key messages, I have produced content for fundraising, volunteering and partnership work, news articles, campaigns and other projects.
I have also worked as a sports writer and in television production.
I would describe myself as a creative mind, a meticulous thinker and someone who remains very calm under pressure. I feel I have a great ability in making complex and heavy copy engaging and coherent, while always adhering to house style and brand guidelines.
