Learning & Development professional with over 20 years experience in the UK & abroad.

My passion is driving the creation of training and development opportunities that give people the opportunity to experience for themselves why developing these new skills really matters. Because when people understand for themselves 'why' they need to change, they are ready to work out the 'how'. Once you have the 'how' then you can agree the plan of action. After all, that is what great training is all about - giving people the confidence & the desire to change, followed up by some effective implementation and results.
I love it that I now get to use my skills and experience to help not just other training professionals but managers too to get lots of lovely 'lightbulb' moments with their learners.
