I am a creative, focused and entreprunerial young man with ambition and a passion for everything digital . Confident communicator with a background in performing arts who most recently established and ran a sound engineering business. Proficent in the building of basic websites, filming and editing video and keen to develop this talent into a rich and rewarding career within the digital media space. Resourceful, team player who loves a challenge and is unafraid of stepping out of his comfort zone to learn new skills quickly. During work experience I expanded my understanding and knowledge of working in the corporate industry. I was able to work individually and as part of a team, I enjoyed dealing with customer queries and complaints both face to face and over the phone. I gained, and still continue, to refine my interactive skills which have given me confidence in all areas of customer care.
